Technical staff more involved in bureaucracy than in measures

“I control the beach in a weekly basis by means of photographs and I have been seriously involved in outreach. However, none from the Administration has been interesting on such information. The technical staff in the administration is involved in bureaucratic works rather than in technical ones.”
